Remote support and training is available for clients of Solstice Data Group. Please follow the instructions below
to allow your support engineer to connect to your computer.
1) Click here to download our remote connection tool
2) After clicking the link in Step 1, the following prompt will appear. Click
'Run'

3) Depending on your security settings, you may receive another prompt to
confirm that you actually want to run the program. Click 'Yes' or 'Run'
depending on your operating system.
4) Double click the name of the operator to initate the remote connection:
